Second one. It's more in focus and has more of the snake in it. He also appears to have a similar mutation as my Nautley! Can you put him in a bowl and take a picture staring straight down at him?
 
I vote the second one as well! You can really see the neat markings he has on the side of his neck in that one.
 
No. He meant that if you took a picture in the sort of set up I recommended (the snake curled up in a bowl) that it would probably be the best one and it would the third picture you posted. Thus, the third one would be best.
