Best way to get iPod Touch pics?

smigon

Old enough to know better
I have the 2nd latest model, and my pics are all blurry. I try to take pics of her in her viv but without a lot of light I am thinking maybe doing it outside would be best.

I do also have a P&S camera, what settings should I use for this? It is an Olympus Stylus All-Weather with 7.1 megapixels and 5x optical zoom. I just always have my iPod so it is easier to whip out when she strikes a pose!

The ipod tough camera is not very good. I believe it is rated at only about .7 megapixels which is super poor quality. I have one as well and unless there is a lot of light the pictures are always pixelated, especially once they are on the computer.

For point and shoot you have a couple options. I like to use the macro(flower) setting on on most of my snake pictures. If you have an active snake the sports mode can usually help as well. Try to make sure you have enough light to avoid having to use the flash(it washes out colors).

Thanks, HVani, I will try doing more during the day (I sleep days, work nights) and hopefully that will help!

Thanks!
