Bigger Okeetee

I have a 2001 Okeetee from the Love's too and mine is so tiny..what is your feeding schedule for that guy?

And by tiny, I'd say his length is from my finger tips to my elbow. All of my "yearlings" are small. I still think I'm doing something wrong.

COMPARISON

Could you take this pic with something next to the snake in order to see the comparison?

You know....I am not sure how long he is, I will have to measure and see. I feed him about every two weeks, sometimes a bit sooner, sometimes a bit longer. He is eating a medium to large rat each time. I kill the rat prior to giving it to him, those suckers can put up quite the fight when they are larger. I have a 02 Okeetee that eats on the same schedule, he is eating two mice at a time.

Wow..rats?! Mine can barely handle more than a small hopper per feeding. Any more than that and he'll regurge.

The colors on mine are a bit dull as he's getting ready to shed, but you get the idea as to his size. I don't have the snake measurer program or I'd give ya inches, but he's next to a standard dollar.

All of my 2001's are his size, and he's actually smaller than my Reverse Okeetee (Love) and my Charcoal (Serpenco). I've started supplementing their diets with vitamins and minerals and so far I've been getting a shed a month, sometimes more. So the vitamins are definately helping for me.

Anyway, enough jabbering and picture time.

Grats on your snake, he's beautiful! =D

Wow, Taceas, that's a beautiful snake regardless of it being in blue. I'd love to see it after it sheds.

Hey

My 02 corns are about 2 1/2ft - 3ft
My 01 corn is 3ft
My adults are between 4 1/2ft - 5ft

Heres a pic of one of my adult normal get amels (im 5'8) (the snake is about (4'10)
