My 17 month old male Crimson, goes for 3, sometimes 4 days after feeding, before doing his poo. When he does it is totally normal and he eats well and is healthy and of a good size for age. He often doesnt go to the loo again until after the next feed. He is fed weekly and is on medium/large mice. He has correct temp gradient and I was just wondering as this is my first snake. I have had him 5 months. I read corns go to toilet usually after 48 hrs post feed and then again a 2nd time. Once seems to be his thing.

I've got some that will go 6 times and pepper the aspen. I've got some that go one big time and that's about it. My older guys take 3-4 days to go, the hatchlings go much sooner (2 days).

Sounds like he's a very considerate corn, just leaving you one present a week. :)

I totally agree with Hurley, none of us (herps, humans, etc) go at the same rate. Some of us go once, some of us go 3-4 times after we eat. I wouldn't worry too much and would be grateful if mine only did it once. I always have at least 3 to clean up between feedings!

My snow goes abot 3 times a week, where as my amel does it in one about 5 days after feeding and leave a huge lump for me, I wouldn't be to worried at this point as everything sounds normal enough to me.
