black on snow

Is it normal to have a bit of black on a snow corn?? Mine has a small black spot on both eyes
Thanks

Many Amels, including Snows have small black spots in thier eyes. It is completely normal, although I have no idea what they are. I noticed it when I hatched my very first batch of Amels years ago. It really freaked me out until I asked around and others breeders let me know it was normal. From what I have noticed, these spots are most visable when they are young and tend to fade a bit as they get older.

Most of my "albino" type have that black type spot in the eye. That is very normal. I, also, have no idea why.

Sorry if I was wrong there, I understood it that the black was over the eyes or something (like scale pigment) so that's why I thought it was abnormal... ...big sorry from me.
