Blood and green fluid?

Ok, this doesnt appear to be good. My female ghost corn, about 4 years old, had about a thimble full of blood along with a thick light greenish substance in her box today. The blood appeared to be coming from her cloaca. She acts just fine, has been eating normally, and looks healthy? Any ideas what this could be?

I'm no expert and am actually not going to even attempt to answer that question but a bit more info may help those that have the knowledge to answer it. What are your temps? Have you changed anything recently? Was she bred to a male/in with a male breeding right now? Whatever it is I wish you luck.

im no expert either but i suggest you keep it, get it in a sealed bag and get it to a vet sharpish for a check up, it could be a number of things, like internal parasites, a vitamin effiency, etc. id get it checked just in case, as your little one is still eating, shedding and acting fine, its difficult to say whether it could be serious or not, either way better be safe than sorry. let us know the outcome.
good luck

Is she with a male?

If so, this could be the result of a mating. Though semen is usually a yellow color, not green.
