Yes. I never brumate and I breed successfully.
Brumation has advantages but isn't vital:
1) You have more control over when males and females are ready to mate
2) It is thought to slightly improve fertility
3) It gives you a break from the feeding/cleaning routine over the winter months (very important if you have many Corns, as this will be your only holiday of the year!).
