My name is Eva. I just bought my first house and for a house warming gift for myself I was planning on getting a corn snake. I found this site completely by accident and I absolutely love it. I figured if anyone can help me with this endevor (sp) then it would definitely be the folks on here, because you all seem to love your animals as much as I do.

Welcome to the board. I haven't posted much but I've sure read lots already. I've learned more here that anywhere else I've looked. And the people seem really nice as well. I think we're in good hands! I am also awaiting my first snake. I haven't made the final decision but I think I'll get him. He's from an animal rescue society and I just got a picture yesterday. That really made me want him more! His name is Charm. Do you know what kind of snake you want? Do you have a viv yet? I'm still trying to figure out what to use b/c I don't want to spend a ton of $$$ right now. We might make one b/c my husband is really handy with that kind of stuff. Send pics when you get your baby!
