Brumating and Sheding

I have a 3 yo male and a 2 yo female which I have been getting ready for brumating, they have not eaten for 2 weeks and this week I have been doing the gradual cool down. They are down to 65 degrees now and tomorrow I was going to transfer them to their tubs for brumation and drop temps more. I have been watching the temps in my closet on the floor and the temps have been averging between 50 and 60 degrees, so that is good. Last night when I did my bed check I noticed that my male is in shed again, he just shed about 3 weeks ago. Do I need to keep on my schedule for brumation or wait till he sheds?
