ok, I tried to hybernate my snakes, but honestly dont think the room is cold enough. Fed them last aobut 3 weeks ago, let them stay out in their room for 2 weeks, put them in the room their in now, but they still seem very active.

Should i give up on hybernation and feed them? I just dont want to lose either of them.

What are your temps? I just started brumating mine and I stopped feeding and waited for 3 weeks, then I turned off the uth, and covered the tanks with towels to make it darker. My snake room gets in the low 60's during the night and has been staying in the low to mid 60's during the day (I've closed the heater vent to help keep it cooler). I had talked to Kathy Love about it, and she said that would be fine. I also partially closed the blinds to further make it darker to simulate winter, but I have the other snakes that aren't brumating so I don't want it completely dark. The other thing she suggested was putting the viv on the floor or as close to the ground as possible as it stays cooler there.
