I'm not sure how long ago this actually happened. I searched "python alligator" after in google images. I never knew this pic was so popular.
 
I think I saw this here before and also on snopes
But yeah apparently lots of people dump their burms when they get too big
Wonder how many pets and small kids go missing a year in FL
 
Yeah that was in all the papers here where it happened, we are getting a large python population started down there, as well as monitor lizards invading Cape Coral. I've found a 6ft iguana dead in the back yard (maybe the dogs) and my roomate swears she's seen a very large gecko on the wood fence (probably a giant sun from the description). We seem to have the best habitat for discarded pets as opposed to the couple hours they would last further north...
 
i was down thair a copple of years ago camping in the squares ant it seemed to be full of exotic snakes. i know of 2 cobras that were hit on the road in frount of the park the person i was with ran over a large albino constricter but i wasnt with them so i dont know that kind it was i think it was a red tail thay cought a large burm in the park and somthing was making large path in the grass and weeds ads grass and it wasnt a gater.

I highly doubt someone let loose a $1000 albino boa...
 
very rarely would someone let go of an albino boa.... theese come for atleast 1000$... while albino burms can be as cheap as 200... so my guess is a burm...
