Burms, Balls and some extras

I have gotten off track from Corns but its not bad to have a variety in my opinion :D
Here are some Pictures of my 1/2 Dwarf Burms to start with. Both of these are males and the First two are of male #1 and the second two are the second male. The phone is there for size comparison, they are about 7-8 months old. Both of the females are in blue so no pictures of them right now.

Here are some of the Ball pythons I have, I find them rather addicting, but not as much as corns. I have a Lesser, Pastel, a couple of het pieds and normals that are not pictured. These are pictures of my Champagne, Lemon Pastel, Mojave, Pied and a Spider

And last but not least my little (for now) African Bullfrog. He is an eating machine and will try to eat anything that moves including fingers and the camera as I learned today. I didnt get any pictures of by bigger boas since they all seemed to want to try to bite me or not want their picture taken.
My hand is there for size comparison, and I absolutely love how their eyes look!

Gotta love the Low White Pieds! You've got quite a nice Ball collection there! Time to start cranking out the combos!

Weda737, Thanks, The Burms are definitely neat!

Carinata, Thanks! I do love how the pattern is shown on Low Whites and hopefully 2014 will be an exciting year for some combos.

Kylesdad77, Thanks!

Nanci, Thanks! They are cute for sure but dont let that deceive you, they like to bite... Alot. Haha

Joba, The Half Dwarfs will get approximately 6-7 feet for an adult female and 7 feet would be a very large one, and that is in the F1. The F2 will be even smaller and should stay about 5 feet for females. Here is a picture of a 2.5 year old female Half Dwarf that was well fed.

Credit for the photo is given to Steve Binnig

And I was just wondering today, if you were in a state that banned burms, would these also be banned? Seems to be trending.

I'll reserve comment to that given that the government (at least the Florida Fish & Wildlife branch) recently granted me a permit/license to keep and breed Burms and retics. I had to jump through a few hoops, but you know what? It'll be worth it. If you want something enough, you'll be willing to work for it.

That is so neat, do they still have the calm nature of a regular burm?

So far they are acting the same as normal Burms. When I first got them they wanted to bite be all the time, and that is normal for a baby burm. But as they are getting older they are calming down quite a bit. The females are very nice and have not been aggressive towards me for a while, the males on the other hand are another story. The Second male has his moments but the first one still has an attitude and thinks he is about 20 feet long.

I noticed you have a blood python. What is her temperment like?

Her temperament is really good for a blood, she has struck at me once right after I got her and nothing since. The thing that bothers me about bloods is that they seem to just watch whats going on and if they strike they give you no warning. For example a corn or ball will pull their head back in the striking position, a blood just explodes out of no where, at least it seems that way to me.

That's good to know though. It fascinates me how every species and snake has its own personality. Thanks for the info.
