I have a 2008 Eastern Indigo snake, Grendel. Due to an impending divorce, I am extremely broke and extremely busy, and I just don't have time or money to take proper care of all of my critters anymore.

Grendel is over 6' long and very friendly, though I do use a hook to pick him up initially because he can be excitable if he thinks you may have food. He is a red phase, and really lovely. He eats mice, rats, chicks, fish, eggs, anything you throw at him. He was bred by Robert Bruce.

If you are close enough to drive to San Jose, you can also have his 6' long boaphile cage and all of his goodies, plus a bag of frozen chicks. If you need him shipped, I can arrange that. I am not a certified shipper, but I have several local friends who are, so it may take a few extra days to make arrangements but he CAN be shipped.

Oh, he's met Grendel. And really liked him. He's talked about him pretty regularly since the show.

We saw some really pretty beauty snakes the other day and I said, oh, new species for you? And he said "...nope, I'm really kind of into indigos now." XD
