Callista - Striped Cali King

Well finally I thought her first photoshoot was due, I mentioned the other day that she was super-angry if I went close to her home if she was exploring (I stood up to walk out the room and she threw herself across the faunarium into striking pose and rattled like hell!)

Funnily enough she's calmer when I disturb her so I took her snake cave out and had it on my lap and after a while she explored herself, she was a bit wriggly and musked a bit - Never had to deal with that with Trav so that was new. - It's a smell thats familiar yet I can't put a name to it... After while she was as calm as anything :)

Enjoy!

Please excuse the dirty fingernails, I'm one of those people who can clean them, only to find them dirty again an hour later, even when I don't do much!

Sweet looking Cali you have there! I like the look of the high black ones, but somehow ended up with a high white one instead lol. You have to love the attitude though! I no longer have any snakes that will throw themselves at the side of their cage when I walk by - though my daughter's rootbeer has taken to striking at us on feeding nights through the side of the tupperware.
