I feel like i run a zoo!!
Hi to all,
Now i have spent some time looking through posts & the faq and found most of what i was looking for but i still have an unanswered question!

I have read that when breeding the female sound be 3 years and over and a good weight of 400+grams.
What about the male?

Is there anything like that with males or is it not as important as the female does the most of the hard work?!

I have 2 females that are almost 3yrs and weighing in just over 300g so they are not ready yet, my male is almost 2yrs and im not to sure of weight at this point.

I just wondered if anyone can offer any tips/advise

Thanks very much

The saying is 3 yrs 3ft 300g
Yours are there by the sound of it. And your right its the females that do all the work as usual. so your male is there as well. good luck
MIKE

They only thing about a young male is he might not 'get it right' the first try. If he's too small, the female might reject him as unworthy of her. But it won't hurt to let him give it a go. Just don't make him any promises. ;-)
