Can mice eat....

Hi,
I was just wondering if mice can eat pumpkin seeds. i have found a few in the last bag a food i bought. was just wondering casue i will be scooping out my daughters pumpkin in a few days and would save and dry out the seeds and give them some from time to time if they can eat them. tks.

Chemical69 is right, don't salt them. Mice can and do eat seeds of virtually any type. On the other hand, pumpkin seeds are popular with my family. We wash them, spread them on a cookie sheet, salt lightly and sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce. 20 minutes or so at 350 degrees makes a tasty snack!
