Can this rack hold 4, 3 year old corns?

Yes, many people use 32 qt tubs. I wouldn't recommend using anything smaller then that for an adult though.
 
While I am currently keeping a couple of my big males in 32 quart tubs, I am looking to make something with slightly more room for them soon. I would say most corns can live in one but it might be a bit cramped for a large adult.
