You'll be hard pressed to find someone who ships glass tanks--if that's what you are looking to do. There are some retailers that will, but the cost of shipping will substantially increase the total cost.
Being in Miami, you probably have a Petsmart or Petco, plus a dozen or so other smaller pet stores that should sell them. Also try craigslist and the classifieds--that's where the deals usually are.

you just search craigslist and reply to the seller. It's pretty basic, I'm not sure what your problem is? I got both of mine off my local craigslist, sometimes they can deliver too if you throw in an extra $10.
That's how you do it. Reply to the seller of a particular ad and negotiate the terms - price, pick-up, etc. with each individual seller (via email, unless the seller lists a phone number - then you can contact them directly that way).
