It says it could be from trying to do get into administrative access or what not but I haven't done any of that or it says my account hasn't been activated yet and I'm pretty sure it is because I can post in other sections. I'm confused.:shrugs:
 
Are you trying to post a new thread in that section or are you just trying to reply to a for sale ad? If its the latter, you could always send the seller a private message instead, for now. If its the former, you cant post for sale ads without being a contributor to the site.
 
No, she means an actual contributor. It costs $25/year. Just click on the bright green bar at the top of the webpage :D
