Caramel or Amber stripe?

Had this cute little fella hatch out this morning and i'm 99.999% sure he's a caramel stripe, but just had someone say he looks very light for a newly hatched caramel. His dad is het hypo, but i suppose it's not impossible that mum is also het hypo, or it may just be that this baby is het hypo and it's showing.
Mum is a caramel stripe, dad is caramel het hypo stripe.

Whichever i don't mind, i luffs him and this is a great excuse to show him off

Stripe/motley can have lightening effects. To me it doesn't scream amber stripe, but i suppose it could be a dark amberstripe or light caramel stripe.

I'm still sticking with caramel, as i expected. Definitely one of my favourite morphs, alongside sunkissed. Working on combining the two at the moment!

I'm not going to guess as it's gorgeous no matter what. I will suggest that you wait and compare it to it's siblings. That should help give you a more definite answer.

Well i have 5 more pipped, and one is a butter stripe! Totally unexpected as i had no idea either parent was het amel. I do like suprises! :dancer:
