Cigarette smoke

Hi there! Just got my first corn and i'm wondering does cigarette smoke affect/harm them? i imagine it does but its inside a viv so it wont have direct contact with it ever. I just thought i'd ask before smoking in the same room as him :)

Thanks in advance.

Look what second hand smoking does to humans. Snakes now basicly have only one full working lung, and their well being depends on their enviroment. If its in the same room it does have direct contact with it, unless its enclosure is air tight, and because its in an enclosure anything that gets in there will take longer to get out. It does affect them, and with one main lung it affects them much more then it would humans or dogs and cats. Definatly smoke in a different room.

There are some smokers on this site so you should get the answer. I agree with DaemoNox.
