Today was our Repticon in Columbia....YAY! Mainly I was going to get Frozen Rodents & Super Worms. I wasn`t planning on purchasing any reptiles because we had prearranged to take in 3 Special Needs Corns from Jeff Mohr. These Corns were born with defects but insisted on living & thriving, so they deserve a chance at a comfortable life. Here they are.....
Anery Male (still working on a name for him) who has a kinked back and only 1 eye....
Chubbs- Normal male who is short & thick instead of long (like most Corns)
As we walked the Show, we passed a table that had a tub of about 100 baby BPs in it. You could tell by the smell that at least 1 of them was dead. Well, I started digging thru the tub, determined to find the dead baby and present it to the Vender....which I eventually did. As I looked thru the other babies, I found 2 gorgeous Lil Girls who needed rescuing. So we brought home....
Roca- Daniel named her after Almond Roca
She actually ate for us....
And Melya (Melya is coffee mixed with unsweetened cocoa and a drizzle of honey)
She has not eaten yet, but she sure is a Sweetie....
Daniel found a gorgeous little female Boa for not much money, so we brought her home too.
