Clips proper name

i am after clips to secure tanks as i have got some that are loosely fitted and want to know the proper name so i can look on the net and buy some anybody know what they are called cheers

screen tank clips, cage cover clips :shrugs:

the ones i have came from pets unlimited and are called 'quick clips'
i found them in the bird section. they're not ideal, as they're designed for bird cadges, not aquarium tops...also, i was JUST in another thred somewhere where 'binder clips' were mensioned (i belive it was robbiescornfield, was that you?).
really, any sort of clamp that will hold the top on would work. have you looked at local hardware stores?

Hi no it was not me this is the first time have posted this i thought if i could get a name for them i could easy get hold of them but i can see i will have to make something up they are only plastic tanks/vivs

I belive it was the user "Robbiescornfield" that posted about the clips in the other thred, not you, although i can see how that could have been misunderstood.

even strong hair clips would work. heck...a friend of mine uses heavy books.

i think am going to drill the sides and make some wire clips should be easy enough

just had a look at one of robbiescornfield threads hes got a nice setup there could not find anything about clips so back to making them i can see my bedroom ending up somthing like that
