Hey so my corn shed like 2 days ago the next day was feeding day so I gave him his regular food but for some reason hes sat in the middle of his viv for what as far as I can tell is 40 odd hours and when i got him out he feels really cold is this normal? The viv temps are well within range 19C on the cold side to 30-33c on the warm any ideas?

Those temps are a bit off... I'm a little unfamiliar with Celsius but with my rough memory of conversion, the temps on the warm side should be 27-29 and the cool side should be 21-24ish. Are you measuring these with a thermometer with a probe, or just one you stick on the side? The ones you stick on the side aren't as accurate and could give you different readings. I wouldn't worry about it though, snakes thermo regulate so if he was could he would move to the warm side.

The snake should feel cold to you, because your normal body temperature is higher :)

19 dgerees C = approx 66 degrees F
30 = approx 86
33 = approx 91

The warm side is the one you need to regulate, so don't worry that the cold side is dipping a little low right now (it's no surprise in this weather!).

Mid to high 80s is the optimum temperature on the warm side, so 30-31 C is bang on :D

If possible, don't let it get above 32, as this is in fact too hot! There is obviously a big gradient in there though, and the snake will self regulate, so if your usual warm side temp is 30-31 you are sorted :)
