I have 2 snakes, a corn and a bp. They were both ready to shed but I decided to feed them since they have never refused a meal before.

I started with the corn because he usually eats within around 3 minutes, and today was the same. He wolfed down the mouse before I could even change his water.

I put him back in his tank and grabbed the BP to feed him as well, and before I could even put the bp in the feeding tank the corn began to shed right in front of me. It's not the first time I was able to watch him, but seeing him do that in the afternoon so soon after being handled was a treat.

When he finished shedding he got rid of the last of last weeks meal, had a drink and curled up. Big meal, fresh shed, bowel movement, cold drink...he must be feeling mighty fine right about now . :)

A full belly, an empty colon, and some new clothes. All he needs now is a beer and some hands to 'scratch' with!! LOL :sidestep:

I can help him with the scratching, but it's nearly 100 degrees here with humidty so he will have to get his own damn beer :)

What time of day was this. Mine usually sheds at night.
But that must of been real cool to see!!

This was around 5 or 6 in the evening. Mine usually do it at night as well, but I guess he was desperate to cool down a little.
