This is a cornsnake my husband used to have. I can't figure out what color/morph or whatever it is.... Can anybody help me out here?

i tyhink its a plain old normal.... it has a lovely coloration thou. its like a reverse motley look.
 
Could there be a chance it was quite aged in the photo? I hear normals get long stripes like that as they get older, especially wild caught ones.
