Could my snake be ovulating again?

My snake layed a clutch 2 months ago. She lost a lot of weight, but she's put it back on and now it looks like she's getting plump again. What are the chances that she is ovulating again?

Some cornsnakes do double clutch. Both of mine did this year.

So yes, it's possible. You can always put the lay box back in her tank, just in case.

Yes it is very likely and the time frame does fit. Normally if a girl is going to double clutch they will lay the second clutch about the time the first clutch is pipping. So I would recommend putting a lay box back in there with her if you haven't yet. If she hasn't be reintroduced to the male you may have a more of a chance of more slugs than fertile eggs although that is not always the truth. I have one girl that will lay 100% fertile on the first clutch and then the second clutch will be mostly fertile with a couple of slugs.

I appreciate the feedback. I read all about double clutching in a book but the time frame didn't seem to match. I'll put the lay box back in right away.
