Creamsicle X Lavender =?

No. A creamsicle is an amelanistic hybrid. Thus, you would get *hybrids* het for amel and lavender. The offspring would all need to be labeled as hybrids because that's what they would be. However, they would all look pretty much like a normal.

What would I get if I bred my creamsicle male to a lavender female?

Jacob
