If I got a good price I probably would. BUt I also have protection trained dogs around me and very people aggressive dogs and I would def load the house with them.. He wouldn't be around too long I suspect.
 
Oh yes that would help. My dogs would just lick his hands while he tied me up and bled me to death. Haha, they are useful when training other dogs (and people), but useless for protection.
 
For that kind of money I would be mad as hell if something like this was not disclosed (not that I wouldn't be if I bought a much less expensive house but still)...that's not exactly something to gloss over
