crimson corn or regular miami?

Hello all,
I bought this corn as a regular miami. Thinking back, I remember it being the nicest looking hatchling they had..

As it's getting older and brighter, I'm thinking it is actually a hypo miami(crimson). Opinions?

It looks too dark to be a crimson, in my opinion. If it winds up looking crimsony as an adult, then test it to see if it's homozygous for hypo. Crimsons are selectively bred hypo miamis. But you knew that already.

Either the snake is too dark to be a crimson, or the picture is too dark to tell adequately. It is rather common to find normals that look as though they might be hypos, but when test bred they turn out to be just brightly colored normals. I can't see why the same would not be true for some miami phases as well.

Have fun with your snake finding out, though!
