Crimson Corn?

Hi everyone, my name is Mike and I live in South Africa. I have been collecting corn snakes for about 3 years now and have a pretty good collection, for some-one in SA. I have 2 Miami-Phase, 2 Amel Stripped, 2 Reverse Okeetee, 1 Okeetee, 2 Creamsicle, 2 Normal Motley, 2 Snow, 2 Amel, 1 Anery, 1 Sunglow, 2 Normal and 1 Hypo.

I would just like to know if anyone knows what I'll get if I cross a Miami-Phase female with a Hypo male. I know that a Crimson corn in basically a hypo-miami, but what I want to know is, will the offspring of these two snakes be Crimson or will they be hetro for Crimson???

I agree , the first offspringgeneration will be normals .
When you breed them together you will get CRIMSONCORNS which are very nice animals .

It may take you a few generations before you get the results you may be looking for. The first generation of Crimsons I got were not all that interesting looking. Took some work to get them to where I was willing to place the label of "Crimson" on them.

Crimson

Thanks guys, I thought as much. I didn't see how they would be any different from other heterogonous strains. Just as a matter of interest, would it be a good idea to put the father (Hypo) back with the female hatchlings or should I pair the hatchlings up??
