Hey ya'll! I am thinking about building a cage for my new boa. She is in a 55 gal. right now and I feel it is a little to small for her. She is almost 4.5 feet and the cage I plan on building will be 72"Lx36"Wx23"H. I was wondering if anyone has built their own before and if there are any pointers that you might be able to give.

I am open to suggestions as nothing has been purchased. I am only in the planning stages. I would probably build it out of wood as glass would be too expensive and acrylic wouldn't have the same asthetic appeal as wood...
