    Sorry about the strictness of this requirement, but it is necessary to block spammers and scammers at the door as much as possible.

I've been having a problem with the site. I am using a iPod to use the Internet and view your site. starting two days ago my thread format started changing on it's own. I keep going in and setting it to linear-oldest first, but it will switch to newest first as soon as I get to a form. today I tried to use the search and as soon as I started to type the search box would disappear. what's going on, is it because I'm on an iPod or is it the site?? love the site but this is getting frustrating, thank you

Sorry, but I don't use mobile devices to view this site, so I cannot help you.

But I will say that nothing has changed on this site nor the server in quite a while.....

I have weird problems here with the iPhone, with forms and sometimes drop down lists or replies. No problems like that with the iPad. I don't go to other forums much with the iPhone so I don't know if it's just this site.

I don't have any problems with my Droid :sidestep: :D

Disclaimer: this is only for the benefit of Nanci, who secretly wishes she had a Droid, she just won't admit it ;)

Sorry Have to say I've never had a problem with my HTC Hero which runs Android. Try asking yourself if the fact that it's an apple product has to do with it... :p

Apple= Crap

I use an iPod to access the site most of the time, and I've never had any problems with it.

And the idea that the problem is that you are using an Apple product is highly unlikely.

No one else has ever posted here regarding problems with using an iPod to view this website. All of the iPod/iPhone/iPad users above have reported no problems. Additionally, if the problem were simply that Apple products were inferior, people would have reported having problems with using this website with Apple computers (new or old) as well, or even when accessing the website using the Apple web browser "Safari". I have used Apple computers from various generations, on various operating systems, to access this website and have had no problems whatsoever. I use Safari as my primary web browser and have no problems.

I will not even dignify the last statement with a response, as it is clearly the result of irrational hatred resulting from a lack of understanding of the products in question.

With that said, did you just recently update the iPod's iOS? It could be a new glitch in the Safari app's programing. Is the iPod an old generation? Are you using a third part web browser app of some kind that you just downloaded or updated?
