Desi's First Meal

Desi had her first meal tonight. Was a bit on the worried side that she wouldn't eat seeing as how I got her from Petsmart and took a chance at that but my boyfriend said she went right for it (I'm at work)...didn't even hesitate. She normally eats on Thursdays but seeing as how I got her on Tuesday I believe it was..I didn't want to push it trying to get her to eat after relocating her. He even sent me pictures of her eating...it's so cool and I'm so excited and thrilled she ate. I had her out for a bit last night and she is just a little explorer, all over the place and it was funny..the place she ended up was curled around my glasses and she sat there watching tv with me.
 
Congratulations! Now remember to not handle her for at least 48 hours. You'll probably see her out tomorrow night or the next after she digests.
 
Yep yep...I let them settle for three to four days before letting them come out after they eat just to make sure they have fully digested. I've never had a regurge (knock on wood) and don't want to experience one now. I'm just glad she ate.
