Difference in Male and Female behavior?

So I just received my second corn snake last week. He is a very small baby male Hypo Lavender Motley. I have handled him twice so far with no issues at all. What surprises me is how much braver he is then my female corn snake. My female corn snake which is a Moonstone color morph has never bitten me and handles very well. She just is much more afraid or skittish when she notices me. She rarely comes out of her hide during the day and she only gets bold when she is looking for food (after or before she eats). My new male I have caught chilling at the stop of his plant and just chilling outside of his hide often now. OK, so after all that. lol I am wondering if males and females behave differently or if this is just individual traits in my snakes. What do you guys think?

Also when my new male notices me, he does not seem to care very much unless I do something to annoy him like tap on the class or speak to him in a louder tone.

Individual traits. My boldest snake is actually a female, and my most timid a male. The rest range throughout the spectrum with no real lean towards any gender.
