hi as you can see im new to these forums and im thinking of getting a pet snake and i heard corn snakes are the best for begginers so i was wondering what are the different breeds of cornsnakes also maybe could i have some info on them and maybe a pic thanx in advanced
 
There are different color forms, called morphs in Cornsnakes, but they're all cornsnakes. Some might have milk snake in them as well, but they aren't pure corns. You might go to Rich's website at Serpenco. He's got all the morphs there as well as an explanation of genetics. He has a link next to his name on this site. Look at the forums for Rich's site ( he runs this site) and check it out. You might want to consider getting The Cornsnake Manual by Kathy Love, which is the bible of Cornsnake ownership. You can get that on Kathy's website at www.corntopia.com or online from a book dealership. My local petshop had a copy. Cornsnakes are totally addicting, so don't say you weren't warned! Here's a picture of my two corns. An amelanistic (the red one) and an Aztec Okeetee (the brown one) I have two more Aztecs coming for a breeding program. Told you they were addicting!
