What I have read, the best thing to do is leaving the snake 48 hours to make sure it's digested it's food. But I always wait 3-4 day before I pick up my snake. I have heard sometimes it can be possible for a regurge after 2 days.
I play it safe with my snake, and do wait before handling it.
Temperature is a factor for good digestion. Make sure your viv is warm enough.
Your snake maybe slow to digest its food.
If you had just gotten your snake 2 days ago you should have left it alone for 3 days before feeding it. So it can get used to its environment. And it is also suggested to feed it a smaller pinkie then the normal feed. Your snake could be possilbly stress, I am not sure if that has anything thing to do with its feeding.
