Sorry, that's a Charcoal. His eyes are actually more silver, but you can keep him on blue paper and always get that nice reflection. ;)
 
My phantoms sorta have blue eyes. The female's are only blue in certain lights. The male used to have very blue eyes but they have gone a bit gray too.
 
Ghost corns also have pale blue eyes.
Some of them do... Here is a blue eyed ghost stripe I hatched in '08. Unfortunately he was a finicky eater and did not make it, I really wish he had. But I still have his dad and his sister ;)
