Do bright vibrant colors of a corn mean short lifespan? :-/? Mythbusting?

:shrugs: Well, I've heard this from my dad because he read it from an article but come to think of it...I'm only just curious.

Do brighter colors of a captive bred snake mean a shorter lifespan due to diseases during breeding? [or something like that]

I have an amelanistic corn and her colors seem quite a bright and vibrant. Usually I would think to mean it's quite healthy.
