My snakes are now pipping, do I need air holes in the gladware containers now that they are actually breathing more? Two of them have pipped and the rest should sometime tonight or tomorrow.

Yes you do.

If this is a big nest box that the snakes are still in you probably don't, but as soon as they are out of the egg get them set up on damp paper towels in shoeboxes.
