Do slugs show up on an x ray?????

One of my females was bred this year but I did not witness any copulations . She laid her first slug on Sunday and has laid 6 since then. We brought her to the vet and they x rayed her. They didn't see anything but then this morning she laid another slug! She looks very uncomfortable, opening her mouth and stuff. My question is: do slugs show up on an xray? Also I took out the lay box once the vet said she didn't have any eggs. Should I put that back in? She laid this morning without it. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, slugs should show up on x-ray. They did for one of my girl that was slowly depositing slugs. I could count how many there were and knew when she was done.

Do you have a photo of the x-rays? I would also put the lay box back in.
