does anyone have a Caramel Pewter?

Hi Starpphire,
Caramel pewter was first bred by Matt at Blue Apple Herps in 2010 by pairing Sulphur het charcoal x caramel het amel, blood, charcoal, & hypo. He was lucky enough to hatch a male and a female and for some reason was willing to let go of the male! I picked him up, named him Alcyon, and you can see his progression thread here <http://www.cornsnakes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=106313&highlight=caramel+pewter>.

I'm currently living abroad so I haven't been able to take any new pictures of him since this past spring and while my fiancee doesn't mind taking care of the snakes, she isn't one for taking them out for photo shoots. I'll post a slew of new pictures when I get back to the States in August. Right now the caramel influence is being masked much more in Alcyon than in his sister, but there aren't enough individuals of the morph yet to know if this is gender differentiation as in lavenders. Pictures of his sister can be found here <http://www.cornsnakes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=108943>

Next year I will pair Alcyon with Callisto, my female amber blood het charcoal, so I will be producing more of these. I'm really excited to see what the offspring look like!

lol, it's probably the same one that's on Ian's vivarium right now.

Yup, the one on Ian's vivarium is actually my snake. So far only four of these have been produced - two last year, two this year. Here's an updated pic of the female I held back from last year. Definitely different than a normal pewter - almost looks cinder-like to me with the browns/reds in the saddles.
