They pretty much ad lib everything on the show, but I'm sure it was in the "script". I haven't watched Reno 911 in awhile, now I miss it!
 
OK, I feel like a right plonker. I take it that reno 911 is a tv show? I'm pretty sure my cheeks are red now, hehe.

I didn't know it was from a TV show either, although I did figure it was scripted once she started making him do the dance steps!

Reno 911 is a tv show that parodies the show COPS. Just incase you don't get COPS in england: COPS is a show that follows real cops(bobbys in your neck of the woods) as they make aressts and stuff.
 
We get shows about the police over here, but they are only shown to make people realize what happens if you run from the police, urinate in an alley, swear etc. We don't get any funny stuff like that tho. Darn shame if you ask me.
I'll walk away now still rather embarressed that I didn't 'click'. Gullible me hehehe.
