I don't think thats a dumb question, i don't know the answer though and will watch with interest ..... :shrugs:
 
I'm not really sure either. I don't think there are any. I could be wrong though. I just say mother and father.
 
To my knowledge there is no specific term for the mother and father of corn snakes.

I see no problem with calling them mother/father/grandmother/grandfather.

I think Sire and Dam are universal, as well.
