Eco Carpet

It can get dirty and hold bacteria. If you use them you need at least two, one to put in the tank while the other is being cleaned/dried. For a small collection they are fine, but you really need to stay on top of keeping them clean.
 
I used to use it for my ball python. Now I don't, I use aspen, though honestly the Ball Python I think could care less about what substrate is in his viv lol.

What I found is it was holding liquid and smell... I was having to wash it weekly, which was okay I had two pieces and would wash one and use the other, but even then it was starting to smell. It looks nice though...

I find aspen way easier to spot clean and my king LOVES the aspen.

I was, but just switched over to aspen. My corn just dove right in. Haven't seen it it back on top in a day or so. I'd say she likes the ability to burrow.
