this is her first yr of breeding she is a little over 3yrs and way over the recommended weight for breeding. we expected her to lay 3 months ago but she held them until she ovulated of course because she just laid within the last wk. not sure of exact date because we were out of town. anyways she is retaining 2-3 eggs . i gently massaged her last night and what appeared to be an egg laying crossways in her i think i massaged it until it moved parrellel with her body. she didn't push out anymore eggs over night and will not eat a fuzzy. any suggestions? we called a couple of vets in our area and they said give it a couple of more days but any suggestions on helping her to get these eggs out. she is lively and fiesty. thanks gail
 
Make sure she's hydrated and offer her food again tomorrow. She may be stressed from the massage. A couple days observation won't hurt, but after that I would contact the vet again and take her in.
