Egg development advice needed

corn snake laid eggs on March 1 & 2 , 2015
they are in the incubator 81 F
humidity is at 87
but some of the eggs look like they are starting to dent
wondering if I should spray them or leave them for a few more days
they all look fertile

the pic's are kind of hard to see the dents
this is our first time doing this with incubator last yrs didn't hatch
any advice would be appreciated
