do females lay infertile eggs, even if they have not mated? i have a female and was wondering if she will lay eggs even if not mated. i know some reptiles do.
 
usually i find they will lay 1 year and miss the next, this is what i have found anyway when i retire my snake's from breeding, so yeah they can lay duds.
