Is it possible to transfer eggs from one incubator to another?
the problem is that ill be using a custom made incubator untill i get my hovabator, which comes a month after the eggs have already started incubation process.
Thanx

Yes, you can move the eggs. I've had to do it a few times. I don't use a lid on the box I put inside the incubator so the moss on top of the eggs dries out in about a week and the moss under the eggs dries out about 3 times during the 60 day incubation. When the moss dries out I carefully remove the eggs and remoisten the moss. You just have to be very gentle and be careful to not reposition the eggs. The top of the egg must stay the top of the egg. If you accidently turn the egg, the baby can drown.

Must be spring in Peru! I'm just getting ready to brumate here, and your incubating eggs... What kind of hatchlings are you expecting?

I thought the same thing, but I do have a second clutch still incubating. It's currently day 68 though, so any day now I should have some more babies.
