Eggs And Shed...

Aubrey

ROCKSTAR REPTILES
I have a question for the corn snake superheros out there. My gravid amel. laid some eggs last week 6 total, three look great three were slugs, she still has some in her and has now become blue. I know its normal for them to shed right before laying but is it normal to lay a few then shed and lay more?

I'm no corn snake superhero, and I'm no expert in corn reproduction. But if you're fairly certain that she still has eggs in her, I'd say that this is not normal at all. The post-lay shed is exactly that. A visit with a herp vet might be in order.
